SCAVMA Point Forms

You no longer need to submit your SCAVMA Points at the end of the Academic Year. Instead, the SCAVMA Membership Chair is keeping track of points and periodically posting an updated spreadsheet on the SCAVMA Bulletin Board (arranged by SAVMA ID number). Check the Bulletin Board for you current point tally and contact the Membership Chair (Ryan Carpenter, '11) with any concerns. Below are forms to be submitted to the Memberhsip Chair for various activites earning a point.
